Except in movies, nothing gets done by one person alone in the real world. This means we have to band together to make the changes we want to see in Cameroon and especially in our communities. ADISA relies on volunteers to accomplish up to 40% of its day-to-day objectives and enable her to reach her long-term goals.  Volunteering your time, skills, and resources at ADISA is one of the most powerful ways a young Cameroonian can make a difference, help others and in turn, enhance their wellbeing and career prospects.

There are several volunteer roles available at ADISA where our RTCs are based. These include but are not limited to activities such as supervision of athletes during weekly training activities, helping at events, fundraising, field reporting, office tasks including public relations, program development, service development and implementation.
